Corinthian Professional Services, LLC offers the following consulting, programming and project management services to assist Owners in achieving their Facilities goals:
Consulting Services
- Project Delivery methodology evaluation and implementation
- Establish and guide the sustainable goals of a project validated by achieving LEED certification
- Verification of designers and contractors pay applications
- Review Owner’s Contract templates for alignment and compliance with the project goals and objectives
Programming and Design Services
- Assist or Lead in the development of the Owner’s Project Requirements
- Prepare and/or review conceptual project budget and construction cost estimate
- Prepare preliminary (pre-programming) project schedule
- Represent Owner with contract negotiations
- As a team member participate in Project Design reviews
Construction Services
- Provide construction phase observation for compliance with the design documents
- Lead or assist the Owner with furniture, fixtures and equipment installation upon substantial completion of the project
- Perform post project evaluations
- Upon completion of the project lead a “Lessons Learned” review and prepare final report

- Texas Procurement and Support Services – Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) Program
- Tarrant County (Texas) Vendor Online Registration System (TVORS)
