Corinthian Professional Services founder Raynard O. Kearbey has completed a wide range of projects as a Senior Project Architect (SMU), Director of System Facilities (UNTS) and Associate Vice Chancellor of System Facilities (UNTS). The varied projects include a major expansion and renovation of a student union, a 31,000-seat football stadium, general academic buildings and a 950-vehicle parking garage with parking administration offices.

The major projects shown below, completed between 2006 – 2015, are highly sustainable and validated as such by achieving LEED Gold or Platinum. Kearbey lead the LEED process as the Project Administrator or Project Owner. The project budget on each of these projects was not exceeded due to the LEED certification requirements and were delivered on-time.
